They are chosen according to many criteria : First of all, the artist’s will to let the Restos benefit from his fame, and not use them to promote himself ; The artist’s decision to put their time and talent at the service of the cause of the Restos du Cœur ; The artist’s fame and loyalty to the Enfoirés, and, for the ‘new artists’, their recent performance in important events ; The artist’s availability during rehearsals and concerts.
