How are the posts secured in the ground?
Each vinyl post is extruded to a certain thickness to enable it to perform according to manufacturers’ recommended applications. Posts which are designed to be used in fence applications can be installed directly into the ground and secured with cement as any other fence post. There is generally no need to use a wood or metal post inside the vinyl fence post. When using a post for certain gate or porch railing installation, it may be necessary to use a metal or wood post inside the vinyl post.
