Yes. It’s possible for them to be that large. I found the one you mentioned, and it was 16+ feet long, photographed in Africa. A lot of big croc’s have been reported, but only the ones that have been measured by a reliable person can be officially recorded. There are two officially recorded ones that are over 20 feet in length.
