The Miccosukee Indian Reservation is approximately 300,000 acres, with most of it under water. The Reservation is located in the Florida Everglades, between Miami and Naples. The Reservation is spread over 2 Counties and borders an additional 3 Counties. The Reservation is divided up into 3 areas, the Tamiami Reservation, the North or Broward Reservation and the Krome Ave Reservation. Each Reservation has a Police Station and Officers are assigned to each location for patrol. The Tamiami Reservation is the largest and has the Tribal Administration Offices, Government Programs, Police and Fire Stations, Clinic and Schools. Most of the Native Americans live on the Tamiami Reservation, with Tribal members numbering 300. The North or Broward Reservation has a Police station, gas station and a limited number of residences. The Krome Ave Reservation has a Police Station, Tobacco Shop and the Miccosukee Indian Bingo and Gaming Hall. Each officer is responsible for patrolling the area, which t
