The following procedures can be used to clear the cache / temporary Internet files on current popular browsers and PC: Netscape 4.x or higher • From your browser’s pull down menu, choose “Edit”. • Choose “Preferences”. • Click on the “+” sign to expand the “Advanced” option. • Click on “cache”. • Press the CLEAR MEMORY CACHE and CLEAR DISK CACHE buttons, then click on OK when asked to confirm action. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or higher • From your browser’s pull down menu, choose “View” or “Tools” (depending on which version you are using). • Choose “Internet Options”. • From the “General” tab, click on “Delete Files” or “Delete Cookies”. • You may also click on “Clear History”. • Once done, click OK at the bottom of the window.
