No, you can not disable the TCS. Mazda Millenia s TCS is traction control system. The symptom your car has is the torque reduction control by PCM (Engine control computer). It reduces engine torque by cut fuel, retard ignition timing when getting request signal from ABS control module or transmission control module. I don’t really see problem with transmission or ABS in the Millenia S model. I think you may have a vacuum leak in the engine compartment. Check for vacuum leak at the vacuum hoses run along the right side of the supercharger especially at the pulley and at the middle of supercharger. Propane gas is safe to check for leak.
