Aside from registering your laptop with Dell to get a new password (which is their policy to deter theft), you can try some third-party products to bypass the BIOS/admin password. You can usually find them on eBay. Try searching for xpi and password, and you’ll come up with either a software solution, or a chip you have to solder on the motherboard yourself.
