You could still manage a balanced diet. E.g you could still eat your noodles for carbs, though I’d recommend pasta or rice instead. You could eat eggs/meat for protein, though not more than 3 times per week. You could also get meat from your local deli at e.g publix or Kroger; they sell grilled chicken and other meats. At both Kroger and publix delis they usually discount the price of the grilled/roasted chicken when it gets to 8 to 9pm when they are about to close. The meat is still good enough because they always cook them fresh daily, they discount a 8pm to 9pm to sell the remainders. Those that can’t be sold are usually discarded. For veggies you could get fresh frozen vegetables from your local BI-LO/Kroger/Publix–buy their store brands because they tend to be cheaper. Also majority of frozen foods are frozen immediately after harvesting so they tend to retain a lot of their nutrients.
