How can I find out about International Paper’s Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Program and Direct Registration Program?
A. Under the automatic dividend reinvestment program, you may invest all or a portion of your dividends, and you may purchase up to $20,000 of additional shares each year. You must hold a minimum of 25 shares to participate in the Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Program. Through the Direct Registration Program, you may also deposit your certificates with the transfer agent for safekeeping. Call BNY Mellon Shareowner Services at 1-866-353-7849 to request a prospectus and enrollment package. All shareholder programs are administered by BNY Mellon Investor Services, International Paper’s transfer agent.
