How can I find out what fixes are included in a Base FixPak?

Each FixPak includes a text file listing the APARs whose fixes are included. For Warp 4 FixPak 1, for example, this file is available for separate FTP as xr_m001.rm2, but it is also included on XR_M001 Diskette 1 as README2.
