How can I fix/improve a LCD Laptop screen?
hi there its extremely hard to fix laptop screens yourself,since it involves removing the actual display and locating a exact replacement model,basically nigh on impossible however all laptops have a vga output at the rear of the unit,this is a small blue socket which a standard crt or tft display can be plugged into and you can use your laptop still but using your external display you can also attach a usb keyboard and mouse and this will transform your laptop into a sort of desktop p.c there are also “dead pixel checks ” which can be purchased from http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Displays/… whatever you do dont carry out any work on your laptop that you are not experienced at,and it may also be a good idea to check your warranty status good luck !
