There are a lot of young playwrights out there who are always looking for someone to produce their scripts. You might want to approach places like to Old Vic, Menagerie, WriteOn (google ‘new writing company’ and see what comes up) – basically any company that aims to help young playwrights, and ask them if they have any playwrights on their books who might be interested in seeing their work on stage. I suggest writing your own play scripts. They can suit you, the audience and the story line. If you are asked to read extracts out loud try and find books from public libraries or even from your schools/universities library.
