How can I get rid of wasps nests, safely.?
If you decide to do it yourself, wait until the wasps are in the nest for the night and there is no activity. Then spray the living daylights out of it – I don’t know about soapy water – I use a wasp killer like RAID. Be sure to wear protective clothing in case they do come out. Have a garden hose handy that you can turn on them. They will be held off until you can get to safety – even if your floor gets a little wet.
