You have to buy a special lead and a patch lead to fit your radio. These cost about £60 and you have to fit it yourself as the shops won’t. It is alot of hassle just to get them working. You have to take the whole of the dash out to get to the stalk and clock as there is a lead that goes from the stalk into the back of the clock (this one stays the same) and then there is another lead from the clock to the radio (the one that needs to be changed).
