How can i loose weight and gain muscle very quick?
If you are a beginner, you can lose weight and gain a little bit of muscles at the same time. You can’t lose weight and gain A LOT of muscle quickly though. You have to choose a path. You either lose weight, or pack on weight to build muscles. In order to gain more muscles, you need to gain weight. In order to gain weight, you need to have calorie surplus. In order to lose weight, you need to be on a calorie deficit. Muscles don’t grow when you are on a calorie deficit unless you have never worked out before.
