How can i lose weight quicky without starving myself?
In the past 12 months I have lost 3 stones in weight and this is just by portion control and substitution. I still eat basically the same foods but about half the quantity that I used to eat. Instead of a chocolate bar I will eat a blue riband and if I crave crisps I will eat Go Ahead potato snacks which are really nice. If I am hungry between meals I have a piece of fruit or a cup of tea with a rich tea biscuit. Eventually you get used to eating less and lose your taste for sickly creamy stuff. If you are hungry always eat but eat thoughtfully. Hope this helps. ( I also still have 2 glasses of wine per day!
