I think the most important point here is risking your health. Your focus needs to be on changing your body image. Instead of focusing on how much you weigh, you need to focus on eating proper proportions of healthy foods and exercising regularly. Being slightly overweight is much better than triggering the cycle that was so hard to stop in the first place, and is certainly better than being in the hospital. I don’t think that you can lose 20 lbs without risking your health. If you aren’t in counseling, you should find a counselor who can help guide you in these decisions. It is good that you are worried about falling back into old habits, and you should trust your instincts with that and not even consider any kind of diet, other than a normal, healthy, balanced diet. It is good that you have gained weight, and I hope you can learn to love your body with that extra 20 lbs instead of worrying about losing it.
