How can I make the number of all created and deleted items the same as ordinal number?
The default ordinal is set in proportion to the current number of elements in the collection (Total in Statistics). This way, if you sort your collection by ordinals, elements added first will come on top. However, if you delete a portion of items, you will shift back the ordinal counter. If you want to set a different order of items or different values of ordinals, arrange the subset of elements that is to be changed in the browser and use Ordinal options from the Process browser menu.
