Your options to save an entire display page depend on the browser software you are using to view the internet. In most, the FILE menu will give you the option to SAVE the page, PRINT the page, or in some cases, to SEND yourself a copy of the page via email. If you choose to email yourself a copy, be sure to use the option to email the page itself rather than just a link to the page, as the link will be of no use if the page later gets moved, archived, or deleted. In some browsers, the PRINT option will also give you the option of printing only a selected portion of a page (e.g. individual messages in a long topic) by highlighting the text you want to print then clicking the “Selection” button in the print menu. Another option, one that does not depend on the features of your browser, is to highlight the text of interest, copy it, and paste it into a document of your choice in a text editor or word processing program. From that point you can edit, save, or print as you wish.
