How can I return an item to the Beadhive?
Undamaged Items For whatever reason, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any undamaged item, within 14 days of purchase, for a full and prompt refund (less shipping costs to you). All items come with an identification tag that must be intact on the item that is to be returned. Once the identification tag is removed, the item is non-returnable. All returned items MUST be accompanied by the original invoice. Return Shipping Should you wish to return an item to us, you should repack and return an item or items as you received them and in their original carton and packaging. If you no longer have the original carton and packaging, return the item(s) in the same or similar kind of packaging with adequate padding and properly secured with shipping tape. Shipment Damaged Items Every item leaves the Beadhive in an undamaged condition. We package each shipment so that it should be delivered to you in the same undamaged condition.
