Check the following registry key (do not modify this key): HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermServLicensing\Parameters The Role value has either a ‘0’ (Domain/Workgroup License Server) or a ‘1’ (Enterprise License Server).
