You need AutoReminder Enterprise Edition. If you have multiple providers/users, you also need a multi-user license (see the above topic). Each Enterprise edition user comes with one remote access. So if you have an enterprise edition with five users, you can have 5 simultaneous accesses to the appointment data. To setup: • Use one computer as the server computer. Run AutoReminder, select View > Setup Client Server from the program main menu; select “allow web access and remote client access” • On other computers, run AutoReminder, select View > Setup Client Server from the program main menu; select “Run as Remote Client”.
