The only way to lose love handles is by exercise and diet (although it has been argued that there are no particular exercises to lose love handles, for love handles are made up of fat and no amount of exercise can get rid of fat). What these exercises will do is tone and firm the muscles, but the fat will still be there. The only solution for getting rid of this fat is by dieting; when you diet you lose weight in all parts of your body including these fatty areas. Exercises such as side bends, crunchies, sit-ups, and torso twists are just a few exercises that are recommended to lose love handles. The truth is no amount of exercise will make you lose love handles, because they are mostly made up of fatty muscles. Nevertheless, people have tried lots of different exercises like those mentioned above; whether they have truly succeeded at losing those love handles will never truly be known.
