As to Flash MX Reloaded (4.x) problem stated as “Detect Flash player version. Your system has not installed a proper version of Flash player. We need Flash player 6 or above version” , what you are to do is to update to the latest 4.6 version from the download link we previously sent to your registration email address, then your problem will be solved.
