The VITAband offers Contactless Payment functionality. Using an imbedded chip in the card, the user can wave the VITAband device at the point of sale to make a purchase. You simply link your VITAband to a fund source such as a bank account, credit card etc. and load funds onto your card. Once there, you can make cashless purchases with a simple wave of the wrist at thousands of retailers.
