How can I view other student’s demographic, academic progress, or absence information quickly without having to go out the door and choose another student?
Choose any class from the main screen. Choose the first student in the class. Click Basic Demographics, Academic Progress, or Student Absences. At the top, click anywhere on the line that contains the pupil number, last name, first name, etc. Press the “F7″ key on the keyboard (everything will blank out). Press “F8″ to populate. Along the right side of the screen, at the end of the line where the name, pupil # appears, you will see a small scroll bar. Use that to scroll to other students in that class. To go to another class, you will have to exit out the door and choose another class from the main screen. Repeat the above steps.
