California is in such a huge crisis right now that they are cutting core services, including school teachers, firemen, prison guards, and policemen. It is said to be a crisis of epic proportions, so bad in fact, that the Governator, Arnold has no choice he says. Still, some creative folks have come up with a strategy to pay for all these core services and save California from sliding into an ocean of red ink. There plan is quite simple and some say completely silly. The Marijuana Growers Association and the personal consumption users who enjoy speaking out on this topic say that they wish to have pot legalized.
