How can Polylite be cleaned?
After preparing any kind of food, particularly raw meats, poultry and fish, all cutting boards should be thoroughly scrubbed and scoured with a solution of detergent, chlorine bleach (a disinfectant) and hot water. For hard-to-remove stains, let the board soak longer in the detergent and bleach, or scrub with a scouring powder that contains bleach. After scrubbing, rinse cutting boards with plenty of clear water to remove the chlorine bleach.
