How CDR records are stored in the CCM databases?
The publisher maintains the central copy of the CDR database. When a call is generated on a CCM Subscriber, the CDR is logged in the Subscriber’s local database. The publisher periodically gathers the information from each of the subscribers and places the information into its central database. This pulling interval can be configured within CCM.
