There is this strange gap that seems to separate what is considered a console game and a pc game. Games that have lots of point and click, like stategy and building games like tycoon, are considered pc fair. The reason is demographics. Publishers don’t think the game will sell on a console. You vote on what sells every time you buy. These types of games don’t often sell that well. There are those that do though, and some are trying more these days now that pc gaming is in a down swing. Another reason is that a controller is just not the same as a mouse for those games. Another reason is that now many pc titles are too tough for a console to play. The ps2 is over 5 years old now and it’s old processer just will not play a game like doom3 without butchering the game. You may have noticed that some games like Call of Duty 2 are out on the xbox 360. I think that with new systems on the way, we’ll see more pc to console stuff.
