How customizable are the templates?
The short answer: very. A semi technically skilled person can easily customize items such as placement, fonts, colors and images. The engine is very powerful and flexible (evidence: the best invoices anywhere), and as with anything with such power and flexibility, expertise is required to get the most out of it.
