Well … let me address the “death related to Long Acting Bronchodilators” …. this is predominately isolated to the African-American population … and truly have some reservations about the research and the cause of death .. these patients were severe asthmatics … and there has been some doubt casted on the validity of the research … Obviously, the inhaled steroids have some side effects … not as significant as the steroids taken by mouth or IV …. It is a tough choice between side effects and breathing ….
