How detailed should the dissemination plan in the tender and in the deliverable 4.1.4.1?
A dissemination plan as such is not required in the tender. In the workplan, a general approach to the dissemination recommendations will be expected but no detailed recommendations broken down per country. The deliverable “dissemination plan” should provide recommendations as to what kind of websites and other channels to use for the most effective and efficient dissemination of the video clip. These recommendations need to be adapted to each country. The dissemination plan also has to include recommendations on how to achieve maximum media coverage of the launch event of the campaign.
