Blink 182 started out simply as Blink but unknown to them their was already a band that went by the name Blink and when they found this out they decided to watch the movie Scarface starring Al Pacino and count how many times Al Pacino’s charecter Tony Montana said the word fuck they counted that he said fuck 182 times so they added that number to the name and they became blink 182.
