John and Lisa did not follow the normal procedures for publishing books. John self-published his first book, and then publishing companies came to him with book requests. After Lisa had spent several years editing John’s books, she was asked by publishers to write her own. Due to their current commitments, John and Lisa are unable to accommodate personal requests regarding writing or publishing.
