HOW DID MARTIN LUTHER KING BECOME A BAPTIST AND MINISTER???

0

Because his father, Martin Luther King Senior was a Baptist minister. It was a “family business”. Michael King, later known as “Daddy King”, was a Baptist minister, an advocate for social justice, an early civil rights leader long before his son did the same thing. Dr King entered Morehouse College at age fifteen. In 1948, he graduated from Morehouse with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, and enrolled in Crozer Theological Seminary in Chester, Pennsylvania, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity degree in 1951. King then began doctoral studies in systematic theology at Boston University and received his Doctor of Philosophy on June 5, 1955. That is how Dr Martin Luther King Jr became a Baptist minister.
