I can say that slavery and labor exploitation is a really big problem for many countries. But now there are people who are doing very important work drawing public attention to these problems. For example, this community is one of them freedomunited.org. I think these guys are doing a great job and I recommend that you pay attention to them

The US constitution addresses slavery in it’s coverage of dealing with issues between states, most notably runaway slaves. The constitution was framed by those who disliked slavery but had to appease the Southern states, whos economy relied on them.
