The daily hikes vary between 6 to 12 miles with up to 2300 feet of elevation gain and loss. The terrain is generally stable, on well maintained dirt trails or gravel fire roads. Some parts of the hikes are on pavement in towns. Each trek is described with the daily hikes in detail, so that you can plan your trek according to your ability.
