How do Certified Trainers maintain their status?
• Successfully complete recertification training (TCT-R) within the quarter of original certification, the following year. TCT-R is a three-hour Web Conferencing session. TCT-R sessions are conducted quarterly as follows: Original Certification (Completed TCT Training) QuarterRecertification Period (Must complete TCT-R Webinar) January 1 – March 31Q1January 1 – March 31 April 1 – June 30Q2 April 1 – June 30 July 1 – September 30 Q3 July 1 – September 30 October 1 – December 31 Q4 October 1 – December 31 • Conduct at least 3 official* trainings of at least 30 total attendees, earn a survey average** of at least 4.5 for each training by the end date of the quarter of original certification, the following year.
