Churches and other ministries complete an application describing their work. Upon acceptance scriptures are given without charge within the guidelines of the grant program.

They have stipulations on your hours. If you drop below certain hours- I think they can make you pay back the grant money. Because it’s free money to you. I don’t think they will track the money. I got loans and grants. I didn’t get much because they didn’t think I was poor enough (ha!). But the small amount I got from grants was used first to pay for my tuition and then whatever they needed from my student loans paid for the rest. I had wanted to drop a class and I called the office. They said if I did, then I would have to pay back the grant money (which I didn’t have). I don’t know about grants, but I know with loans the money can be used for anyting school related (which should be the case because it’s a loan, not free money from other peopels pockets like a grant). If the college really wanted to track the money, I am sure they could find ways and investigate it. But I doubt they will.
