Forget the personal stuff: politically, it would be a problem for him and for her if they had serious ideological differences, which they don’t seem to. It would be a problem if any of his business activities embarrassed her, and there was one instance of this, slightly—it was a sensation for a couple of days that he had some involvements in Dubai that contradicted her position on the Dubai ports deal. Any repetition of that, or anything worse than that, is going to be problematic, and he is involved with some very rich people who donate money to him, who pal around with him and all the rest.
