Jim, Currently (3-2-2008) there are only 6 manufactured homes for sale in Goodyear listed on the MLS. They range in price from $44,000 to $199,000. Just an FYI, manufactured homes are considered PERSONAL PROPERTY (like a car) in Arizona, but when they are attached to land they become REAL PROPERTY (like land or a home).
