How do I access my ThankYou Points that have been frozen?
Your ThankYou Member Account may be frozen as requested by a Sponsor, or as applicable by law. If your ThankYou Member Account was frozen at the request of a Sponsor, that Sponsor must also notify ThankYou Network to unfreeze the account. ThankYou Network may charge a processing fee to unfreeze your ThankYou Member Account. Currently the processing fee is $0.
