How do I access VISTA Web Access for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation?
The next screen you will encounter is for entering your Defender information. You will need either your Defender key or Defender password to complete the login process. Once you have entered your Defender information, click the ‘OK’ button to continue. For example, see the ‘Enter Response to Challenge’ screen, Figure 1.2. NOTE: If you use a ‘Synchronous Access Key’ or a Defender password, this screen will look different than what is shown here. Simply follow the instructions provided to you by Data Security for access.
