How do I add an anchor link in my Joomla! site?
1. Log in to site. 2. Open the content item (page) you would like the link to display on. 3. Set the “Anchor” first – Put the courser before the beginning of copy you would like to link to. 4. Click the Anchor button (Insert/Edit Anchor). 5. Type the name of the anchor (must not have any spaces). 6. Click “Insert” button. 7. Type and/or select the copy you would like to link to the anchor. Start | Back | Next • 8. Click the Link button (Insert/Edit Link), there will be a pop up editor that will appear. 9. Be sure you are in the “General” tab. 10. Under “Anchors”, select from the drop down menu the anchor just created. 11. Title the anchor link. 12. Click “Insert”. 13. Save and view page from the front end to check the anchor link.
