How do I allocate time to holidays, sick leave and other leave of absence?
• For the purposes of the Transparency Review do not include time spent on holidays, sick leave, maternity & paternity leave. • If on other unpaid leave of absence (eg time at another University which is paying you directly) for part or all of the period in question, please do not include this activity. If this period is significant, please make a note of it on the Time Allocation Schedule. • If a research body provided funding for a replacement lecturer during your research sabbatical, please charge your time to funded research and make a note of the replacement lecturer details on your Time Allocation Schedule, or email the details to fEC office staff..
