How do I arrange the list view columns in my mailbox or conference the way I choose (order, width, column selection)?
• To choose which columns appear: right-click (Windows) or CONTROL-click (Macintosh) below the list or to the right of the list and choose Select Fields from the pop-up menu. A dialog box will let you choose the fields that this conference or folder will display in list mode and change their order.
