How do I ask the presenter questions during a Magna Online Seminar, Mediasite version?
You may submit a question at any time during the live seminar by clicking on the “Ask a Question” icon near the bottom right-hand portion of the computer screen. • A separate window will pop up on your screen, where you can type in your question. • After you click the “Ask Question” button, your question will go to our moderator who will relay questions from participants to the presenter(s). • This feature does not work in full screen mode, you will need to take your computer out of full screen mode to use the “Ask Question” button. • When the presentation is not live, clicking the “Ask” icon will bring up an email client.
