How do I back-up and restore files from a SmartLink?
The back-up and restore files may appear grayed out in the SmartLink User Interface. To enable these, first Back-Up product files under “File/Save As” from the SmartLink Interface. This must be done before creating another product file. Restore a product file under File/Open”. If this does not work try using the most recent SmartLink Software or call your distributor.
