How do I backup the NetResults Tracker Online database?
PLEASE NOTE: This FAQ entry is only applicable for customers using the NetResults Tracker Online product, which is hosted by NetResults. If you have NetResults Tracker installed on your own machine, this entry does not pertain to your product. For information on backing up the non-hosted version of NetResults Tracker, please click here for the Knowledge Base article which describes how to backup your installation. Since you are a NRT Online customer, we backup your NetResults Tracker database on a daily basis. For more details, please see the NRT Online Policies page. Also, if you want to take your own backup of the records in the database, then you can export all the records in the database to CSV format by using the Export operation available in the Query page. To do this, create a report layout that has includes all of the fields that you wish to include in this export.
